Blackout is a bounty hunter from Dystopia who eats people's souls and travels to Swellview to eat Henry Hart's soul and a minor villain in Danger Force.
History[]
Some time in Dystopia, Henry Hart became Blackout's main objective and followed him everywhere, causing Henry to return to Swellview and hang in the Man's Nest.
In Return of the Kid, when Captain Man and Henry were trying to stop Jeff, Blackout's drone catches them and alerts him. Blackout causes the power to go out and kicks the door open to eat Henry's soul. Ray says that he doesn't have a weapon, but Blackout pulls out a weapon with double axes. Blackout causes Ray to crash through a wall and falls to the floor when Danger Force teleports in. Blackout tries to kill Ray but his axe couldn't break through his densitized skin. Danger Force and Henry join forces and take down Blackout.
