Sullivan is the Chief of Police of the Swellview Police Department.
History[]
Chief Sullivan is present at the Meat Ball Party in Swellview Junior High and sees how Captain Man calls Kid Danger for a supposed emergency and Sullivan decides that Kid should stay and send all the necessary officers to attend the emergency.
Reappears in Christmas Danger, he is at the Christmas party and a woman tells him that Captain Man is not wearing a hairnet and Sullivan is forced to arrest Captain Man.
