History[]

Henry Danger[]

In Tears of the Jolly Beetle, Vice Mayor Willard presents the key to the city to Captain Man and Kid Danger.

In One Henry, Three Girls: Part 1, he attends the First Public Bathroom of Swellview commemoration, where Captain Man makes a speech and sees an old woman passing by, shooting her in the eyes for believing she is Mad Granny, but she turns out to be Vice Mayor Willard's mother. During the resumption of the speech, he witnesses the real Mad Granny's attack on Captain Man.

In Christmas Danger, in the City Hall, he watches Kid Danger present Captain Man at the third annual Christmas Breakfast. Later, he talks to Captain Man and brings journalist Evelyn Hall for an interview with him, even though Captain Man wanted to avoid her.

In Budget Cuts, Vice Mayor Willard takes 90% of the heroes' budget to fund for Swellview's monorail. He also took the budgets of several other businesses in the city. It wouldn't be built for another 40 years, and as a result, the heroes now had to charge money for their services to the city. His niece, Cassie waltz' in and almost attacks him with a pair of scissors.

When the heroes drop by to pay him another visit, they are surprised to find the Vice Mayor dangling from the window attached to a rope. The reason is a disagreement between uncle and niece over. The heroes attempt to pull the Vice Mayor to safety, only to yank his trousers off instead, much to his embarrassment.

In Whistlin' Susie, Vice Mayor Willard delivers a package containing an atomic bomb to the Man Cave. He also sends a video where he is talking about how it wouldn't be a good thing if he left it in the city hall.

He returns in Double-O Danger, he contacted Captain Man and Kid Danger to give them the mission to catch the mob boss, Rob Moss and gave them the information that Rob will be at his daughter's birthday party.

In Sister Twister, Part 1, he communicates with Captain Man and Kid Danger through the screen of the Man Cave, he demands that they go to the City Hall.

In The Beginning of the End, he calls Captain Man and Kid Danger to babysit his step-son Bose.

In The Fate of Danger: Part 2, he attends Kid Danger's funeral where he presents a statue of both heroes, but he ultimately changed his mind and made 2 statues of Kid Danger.

The Adventures of Kid Danger[]

In The Wahoo Punch Bro, he is at a conference, where he mentions being thirsty and is attacked by the Wahoo Punch Bro.

Trivia[]

  • Because the city's mayor is never shown, it is implied he could be the acting Mayor of Swellview.
  • He may be corrupt, such as when he took 90% of Captain Man and Kid Danger's budget for crime fighting to fund his monorail which wouldn't be built for another 40 years.
    • Willard also delivered a package containing an atomic bomb to the Man Cave, implying he has a personal dislike for the heroes. The source of the bomb's sender was later revealed to belong to Rick Twitler.
  • As it was seen in Whistlin' Susie, he and the mayor usually call Captain Man and Kid Danger unnecessarily to solve their little problems, like finding lost keys.
  • He is mentioned in a newspaper in Henry Danger: The Movie.
